Event Details
Cigars will be provided at each lounge, but you’re welcome to purchase additional cigars if you’d like.
You’re free to book any hotel in Tampa — see our list of recommended options above.
Yes, you’re still welcome! While the trip revolves around cigar lounges and there will be cigar smoke, you don’t need to smoke cigars to join or enjoy the experience.
It’s around February 2027. Norm and Kevin will announce the final dates soon.

Kevin and Norm are staying at the Roost. There is a list of local hotels to choose from. The hotel is not included in the price. View hotel list here
We will be visiting multiple cigar lounges in the Tampa Bay area including the #1 cigar lounge in the world.
Guests are responsible for their own airport transportation, rental cars, and valet parking. All transportation to and from scheduled events is covered by CMS.

There is a non-refundable $500 deposit due at when approved and the balance is due September 1, 2026

Entrepreneurs, investors, executives, and creators from various industries — all looking to connect in a relaxed, no-pitch environment.
We keep the group intentionally small to maintain an intimate and exclusive vibe. Events range from 15 – 22 individuals.
Dress code is business casual, upscale casual, and outdoor-appropriate clothing depending on the activity.
Logistics & Policies
We’ll move outdoor events indoors. Tampa weather in November is usually pleasant, but we’ll have contingency plans just in case.
Yes — we can provide vegetarian, vegan, Halal, or Kosher meals. Please let us know your needs ahead of time.
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Other cancellation terms will be shared with approved attendees.
Yes, but the new attendee must fill out the application and be approved to join.
Yes — we’ll be taking photos and video for social media and marketing. If you prefer not to appear in media, let Norm or Kevin know.

CMS 1: F1 Mastermind Weekend in Austin, TX
October 20-23, 2022
The event featured open-air luxury cabanas with a prime view of the track. Attendees enjoyed all-inclusive food and drinks, live performances by Green Day and Ed Sheeran, and a three-day race weekend. Transportation, a social evening with cigars and cocktails, a reservation at a renowned restaurant, and executive restrooms were provided. It was a memorable and indulgent experience for all.
CMS 2: Journey Through Clouds – Canadian Rockies
August 4-9, 2024
We have experienced the magical West through the Rocky Mountains! This journey took us between Vancouver and Calgary, and included the stunning mountain towns of Lake Louise and Banff.
Journey Through The Clouds was an unforgettable experience and unlike any other event. Stress-free and well-planned, it was as enjoyable as it was valuable. Breathtaking scenery, hikes, culinary experiences, and luxurious hotels were the perfect setting to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and have uninterrupted, meaningful conversations for new ideas, insights and solutions. A huge thanks to Kevin and Norm for putting this together—I can’t wait for the next one!
CMS 3: Cigars & Whiskey in Tampa Bay, Florida

Last year’s CMS Three: Cigars & Whiskey by the Sea redefined the traditional mastermind experience, bringing together an elite group of e-commerce entrepreneurs in the historic heart of Tampa Bay and Ybor City. Hosted by Kevin King and Norm Farrar, the retreat swapped formal presentations for “experiential masterminding,” fostering authentic connections across a five-day journey of luxury and heritage.
Highlights included a private cigar-rolling class at the JC Newman factory, a breathtaking sunset schooner yacht cruise, and an extensive “cigar crawl” through ten premier lounges, including the world-renowned Grand Cathedral.
